Connecting to Channel Manager

In order to be connected to a channel manager you need to have an active XML connection enabled on your hostelworld Account Manager.

Before we can enable the XML connection, can you please ensure the following :

➤ Please verify your room set up in Hostelworld inbox Rates & Availability ,add or remove room types if necessary.


➤ Please check & download any bookings you might have in the New Booking section 


➤ Please confirm when you are ready to get the XML activated

Once the XML connection has been enabled, it is no longer possible to update availability or rates for Hostelworld until you are fully set up with the channel manager and can update availability through them.

To avoid property being overbooked while you finalize the set up with the channel manager normally we close off availability for up to next 12 month, prior to enabling XML connection
