It's a good idea to first set the allocation for all rooms and all dates to 0 to prevent further bookings.

Contact all future customer arriving in the next couples of weeks/months and advise them of the closure. You will need to find an alternative accommodation or refund the deposit paid.

Let us know that you are closing down in order to deactive the property from the site
