Non-Refundable Booking means that the property is authorized to charge the full amount (minus the deposit paid already to us) directly to the customer's credit card after the booking has been made.
If for any reason, the property is unable to charge a card, please contact the guest straight away requesting a new card. If the customer does not get back to you within 72hrs, you can cancel the booking.
However, if the arrival is within the next day or so, you might wait 24hrs instead.
If the arrival is on the same day, contact the guest by phone and also send an email. If you don't get an answer after an hour, you might cancel the booking.
