Standad Rate Payment means that customer will pay upon arrival. In the event of no show, property is authorized to first night (minus the deposit paid already to us) directly to the customer's credit card.
Regarding cards pre authorizations, please enter a note in your property description and conditions to let customers know about it. If for any reason, you are unable to pre authorize the card, please contact the guest straight away requesting for a new card. If customer does not get back to you within 72hrs, you can cancel the booking and send an email to the customer letting them know about the cancellation.
