BPO : Password Reset

An active Master user can reset the password for the other master and non-master users in Backpackonline.

 

To do so, please go to Settings > User Setup > Edit User

 

Select the User you wish to reset the password for from the drop-down menu, type in the password, select Active and click on Save.
